Del.icio.us one of the best social bookmarking site has finally come up with a mobile version at http://m.delicious.com. Though this site is still in beta, you can login to delicious, browse your bookmarks, tags, inbox, and other data. You can also browse through most popular bookmarks and recent bookmarks and tags from the Delicious community.
