But I highly doubt such web based OS will make a mark in India, considering the frequent fluctuations and undependable internet connections here. What do you say?

Just after a month of the release of Wordpress 2.8, Wordpress 2.8.1 has been released. Well I guess, this version of Wordpress is out only to fix the bug fixes found in 2.8.
